Skill setup - need advice

So I totally messed up my skill setup lolz, you know didn't read any guides like I was supposed to.

I don't PvP, I like PvE, and want the best of that: my stats are:

VIT: 5
STR: 26
DEX: 5
MAG: 209

That's without armour and stuff.

My current skills are:

Pyrogram: Lvl 4
Pyroshell: Lvl 2
Crown of flame: lvl 2
Divine Pyrogram: lvl 4
Dragons breath: lvl 2
Will of the phoenix: lvl 2
Gush: lvl 7
Glacial embrace: lvl 1
Morning dew: lvl 2
Wellspring Quaff: lvl 1
Frostblade: lvl 1 (It's totally ineffective on me right?)
Stone rain: lvl 8
Stone barriar: lvl 5 (DAMMIT...)
Distance shrink: lvl 1
Sandstorm: lvl 1

Fire mastery: lvl4
Water mastery: lvl3
Earth Mastery: lvl4

Oh btw I'm lvl 46 (nearly 47): What should I do to get the best potential from this? Please don't say START AGAIN LOL, cause I've got some pretty good stuff going on on this account

Distance shrink: lvl 1 Leave as it is, add to it later. Good when you'd like to avoid a hit from a mob
Sandstorm: lvl 1 Good as it is. Add to it later as you level. AKA max it asap

Fire mastery: lvl4 Leave it
Water mastery: lvl3 Leave it
Earth Mastery: lvl4 Leave it until later

Don't worry about skills too much.
After 70, sp doesn't become a problem.
I've got about 3 mil or so sp saved, but no money to add to skills.
Money is the problem later.
You'll eventually muster up enough sp to max every single spell if you'd like.

your actually not bad stat or skill wise your doing pretty good just need to lvl some skills more and I see that your doing that but I guess your main proplem is that is your behind on skills and if you keep going on like this your gonna too behind but still dont worry it will be cool as a mage you will always somehow be behind( just too many attack skills to lvl lol) and lets do a review on you:
Stats: your doing pretty good on a full int there as I can see.
Skills: lvl your armors just a bit more not neccesrly Pyroshell I have it at 5 and thats enough for it earth shield max and embrace to 8 and its fiiiiiiiiiiiiine.

Max your 3 basic skills (pyrogram+gush+stoneRain)
sandstorm and glacial snare are great damage doers so max your sandstorm and glacial snare is a great starter attack skill.

And yes frostblade sux **** in all ways I call it "the lamest buff" but its a great pick up line for chicks and thats why I got it really "look your glowing more than ever now "
distance shrink (blink) is a good way for kiting and escaping BMs stuns and yes despite what some ppl say it does work sometimes.

morning dew I always try to lvl that so I can heal myself to complete health without having to use it again which is why I got it all the way to the great lvl of 3.
all and all YOU are doing really fine right now and didnt **** your build up with vit and dex.
