How to reset password

I have tried it using Home> My account> pasword change but it ask me to enter the answer for security question which is sth that I no longer remember. I knew My acct id and pass only.

Can guide me how shall I change my password again??

    bump! need a bit urgent assist, i got onlinegame password stealer bot on my Lappy b:cry

    You should be able to change your password from here; just leave the Security Question blank. If that doesn't work, contact support ticketing -- they'll have a question or two for you, but they should be able to get everything taken care of.
