Either your video card isn't supported or you overclocked your card too much, when i did that to mine the textures all got corrupted and had to tone down the clocking. The problem is definitely with your video card though.

I'd recommend running a Verify from the Launcher to make sure there's not something majorly corrupted with the data files. Please provide us the following fields from a DXdiag :
Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:
    Approx Total Memory:

Display Tab - driver box -
    Main Driver :
    Version :
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run)

Hello. I experience the same thing as the OP, but mine happens after a few minutes of playing. Also game crashes a lot especially since client 68 came out. But in a way, i could say its a little better though because before client 68, the whole PC would freeze and id have to hit & hold the power button to restart the PC. At least now, it PC stays on and gives me an error report page that i could submit. I was thinking of re-installing PWI but im afraid I might lose my character but more so with the Cash Shop items i bought (Daedalus Wings/Chain clothes/etc aren't cheap-forgive me, i really love this game that's why I shell out in CS for stuff).

However i do have a feeling its the video card. I just want to know if you might have more info/ideas on what it could be and suggest what i can do.

Sorry for not creating my own post but i figured we had the same issue... if i need to post my own, let me know. Thanks in advance.

    At TigerManny

The Intel graphic chipsets are evil, just to tell you that up front, and it is my personal opinion that many of us share.

We need to see a full dxdiag log to make sure that there aren't drivers specifically for your system, instead of just going to Intel's.

Note that the 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset has software accelerated vertex and pixel shader support, which is not up to par with similar hardware accelerated cards from this time period as ATI's and nVidia's.

It is also the first time that they had started supporting shaders for version 2.0.

    You can go here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx

and depending on whether your chipset is for a laptop or desktop system, see if you can find the drivers for your chipset.

Updating them may or may not help you.

If all else fails, send us Tech Support/QA guys a ticket here: http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing

    Please describe your issue fully.
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

JIGGZZAW, I'd recommend updating to the catalyst 6.11 drivers and run a Verify from the launcher. All character and item data is saved on the game's servers, so an uninstall/reinstall will not lose anything but your graphics settings and default server selection, but the Verify should be nearly as effective.

Tigermanny, specifically, I'd recommend trying the drivers here.
