Finding squad and/or high lvl's for bosses

As a newb, when it comes to hero/challenge/cultivation quests that involves boss fights, it normally turns to a pain in the rear when finding a squad
I'm wondering if there are any high lvl's who are bored of grinding that may help me with adawolf elder? and perhaps Jewelscan and other bosses later?
