i just bought some zen , LIKE I DID BEFORE!! and now i get an email from your billing department, forcing me to reveal infos about my paypal account since there are 'too many mis-matches' ??
i understand very well that there has to be security, but why the hell do i get this out of a sudden when i purchased zen from the same pp account before without any problems? and why the hell do you guys think that people use one and the same email address for everything? a bit old fashioned ain't it? not really very costumer friendly..
i simply wanted to spent $50 because i can and to have gold right away and not wait until i have enough coins, but if you prefer making it hard for people to buy gold for cash, just because it happens that their email addresses mismatch, then i won't ever buy zen again.
and guess what i do not fooking remember what name i entered when i made the account, do you really think i would put in my real information? lol a bit off reality aren't we? the only times when i ever put in my real infos is when it comes to banking or jobs.
so now i can wait for ages since your costumer services/billing department approves the payment lol
hell not even during the time i played lineage2 i had problems like this, and not a single point of my infos there was true lol
this is seriously hilarious how you decline peoples payments because of an email address mismatch lol
i know in china you can have only one kind.. guess it got it's good and bad sides, but i didn't know it's only allowed to have one email address..

The information you give here to purchase Zen has to match as the GM's check that against the information from the institution you have paid with. This is to prevent fraud which has already happened as seen in this thread it can still happen. If the "fraudflag" is raised the Customer Service will contact you as they have already done in your case to check everything is alright for that payment to go through. Please speak to them directly about this as Zen issues can not be discussed on the forum I'm sorry to say.
