    It's the name of a subsidiary of Pennzoil best known for maintenance of vehicles, providing services such as oil changes, tire maintenance, air conditioner repairs, and transmission checks, among other services. They have a certain reputation for occassionally not putting the oil cap back in after doing so. I haven't used their services, and thus can not speak with any degree of certainty on that last aspect.
