Where is the wheel of earth?

It says go thru the secret passage to find the wheel of earth. Can anyone tell me where I can find this?

    It's just southeast of the FB29 entrance, in a chest.

    You'll recognize the chest as it's in a little room with two tombstone-type monsters guarding it.

    i have the wheel of earth but what should i do with it??

    Just keep this until 60 lv and collect other 6 items for good rewards.
