    I have.... pretty drastic tastes. I'll bite, though.

    1) X Japan - legendary rock/metal/ballad group from Japan - the group that started Japanese Rock.
    2) Yoko Kanno - the most diverse composer out there. It's almost hard to believe that same person composed the soundtrack for Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell SAC, Escaflowne, and others, but yes, she did.
    3) Dream Theater - American progressive rock/metal.
    4) Pink Floyd - UK classic rock/progressive rock/avante-garde.
    5) Jimi Hendrix - the one, the only.
    6) Chihiro Onitsuka - IMO, the best Japanese balladist.
    7) Muse - UK alternative rock.
    8) BUMP OF CHICKEN - Japanese pop-rock.
    9) Gazette - Japanese visual-kei/gothic rock.
    10) Belle and Sebastian - Scottish folk-rock.

      There's a lot more - what I listen to relies on my mood. You could call it an eclectic mix.

      I like classical and big bands too. I don't like putting myself in a box about anything. If I like it, it's in my life, if not - oh well someone else can have it.

      Some I like a lot, others less. Never heard of Ensiferum. Are they new?

      I'd suggest looking into them ^.^ they are REALLY AMAZING live. By far one of my favorite bands, and meeting their lead singer was so cool! He signed my wallet FTW!

      and they arnt super old or anything, i believe their Debut album was released in 2001?

      Some of my favorite songs are, Dragonheads, One More Magic Potion, Victory Song, Ahti, and Sword Chant!
