    It varies, it took about 72 hours on the most recent one I submitted, but I assume it depends on how much they're dealing with at the time.

    Seriously though, 30 minutes to 3 days. Depends on time of day, and whether it is a weekend or not.

    Please keep in mind it is only for Tech Support.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
