Banning

My friend <name edited out for privacy reasons> Has recently been banned without a warning. And for no apparet reason he has sent a message to perfect world regarding this and has had no reply. Please alppeal his banned as he is a respectable player always offering help ETC. Oratleast let him know why he has been banned.

    Bans aren't discussed on forums, sorry. Send a ticket to customer support here and someone will get back to you.

    We do not discuss account issues or bans on the forums, period.

    Tell your friend that they need to go through the proper channels to follow up any issues.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
