cant buy the m2 rank eq at dreamwaver port, according tohttp://janelh.wikidot.com/military-rank-equipment it was there, but yet i cant get it there, so where it it ^^'?

    Rank 2 stuff is in dreamweaver, but you can't use it until level 60

    i know, but i sould be able to buy it already, right? because in DWP the npc gave 3 armour pieces for rank VI which i dont have yet
