what quest do u have to do to get the manta?

    A lvl 30 quest, the Elder of Archosaur will start it.

    If you don't feel like doing the quest, you can also buy one from one of the sharks in Arch or Lost who sell them for anywhere from 30k-200k. As to why someone would spend 100k buying 5 of the mantas, then sell them for 150k a piece, is beyond me, considering that once you've done the quest you can buy a new one for 20k from the Lost City Recluse. o.O
