Hi,

I tried to buy Zen with a Gift Card MasterCard because i don't have a credit card... It didn't work. Maybe gift card didn't work at all...???? If yes how did it work... because this card is not on my name it a card with 25 dollars on it... thx for answering b:thanks i need Polaris Snow Cubb:victory!!

    check the emails that are registered to your PWE account and also the one that was used to make the payment.

    a verification form may have been sent to you.

    just fill it out, return it to us, and you should be golden.
