Introduce a Paid Server with Cash Shops disabled

For players who don't mind paying cash upfront to play, but have a limmitted budget, dislike playing against others who constantly spend money in cash shops, or who find the entire notion of cash shops to take away the true challenge and spirit of the game, I suggest opening a new server that players purchase access to play. (there could be different types of this kind of server, a one time pay server, a monthly fee server, a monthly fee server with cash shop with lower prices and better events than the regular server .... for added income without unballancing the game, players could pay extra at the start for game materials, such as supplies allowing them to up manufacturing skills without having to do much mining, and the ability to use pets earlier, but nothing that the other players can't obtain simply by putting in the time and playing).
Kind of a "there is a server for everyone" type mentality. Players understand that gaming companies need to make money in order to survive, but on the same token no one likes to feel that a game is solely about money. Creating different servers with different payment systems, enables players to partake in gaming environments that are more to their liking.
Free server = a lot of people playing and not paying anything, while some pay a little and a few pay a lot
One time fee, no cash shop server = everyone pays a stated amount upfront, not possible for a few to take over the game by shelling out tons of cash
Monthly fee server, no cash shop server = low monthly fee
I think having different server options could attract a much larger player croud, though the game still needs to be challenging and fun to attract and hold player interests.

This idea is nothing new. It is against the F2P fundamentals and it does not work in practice. On the paid server, you will not find enough playing. Believe me, a server with so few people is no fun. For those who pay to be here, they tend to buy stuff and not to farm for it. So you will find not enough farmers for TT and drop only items. On the free server, just the opposite, no cash shop items. A gold may sell for 1 mil instead of the current 100k. That will drive the paid players back and end up with the balance like now.0
