messages in consignement shop

Hey guys,

Sorry if I am posting in the wrong area, I am new to the game.

Anyways, I have set up a consigment shop and people keep leaving me messages, but I don't see the messages and they aren't in the post box. Where do I go to see them?

For instance, in the bottom of the window it will say

sumdude69 has left you a message:
sumdude69 has left you a message:
RachelHinder has left you a message:

but there is nothing for me to click on to see the messages.

    Hello repr,

    If those lines are all you see in your shop, this means that the player had visited your shop and hit the enter key or send button while looking through your shop. If they had left you anything, it will appear just at the end of the line after the colon ":".
