where can I get Lion ride

I know Pet manager sells horses, you can get some in butique shop but where lion is?

    They were handed out in a promotional event a while ago. I'm unsure if you're still able to obtain them, there was some talk about that earlier.

    Lion came with Charm packs, if you were really lucky,that were supposed to be permanent, not an event.

    They are working to return them though.
