Why dont Barbs use blade?

I've got a lv6 barbarian and I want it to use a blade, but how come theres no barbs that use blades?

    The answer is actually really easy. All our skills require hammer/axe (eventhough some can be done barehanded). When you use blades, you can't change into a tiger and you can't use garotte, mighty swing, etc. in humanoide form, so you won't be very effectif.

    On top of that hammers/axes give a guideline for stat points of a tankbuild barb. Blades would require to much dex, making you a more fragile barb.

    Barbarian skills require axe/hammer. That's why they don't use other weapons.
