Hi i was having a charge zen problem , and no sooner than sending a ticket , a
techie contacted me , in game to i might add while i had not more than 2 sec after sending a ticket with details n such, did i open game window back to see a gm standing there, called schnuggles in the form of a lv 1 barb tiger b:chuckle in human area i was rly impressed by the promtness of the help given and in game contact, i think all tickets sent are much better handled that way, thank u schnug b:kiss , he went out his way to help me further with more on the issue i was having b:pleased .. and at the time the few low level players that ran up trying to start a convo was amusing and a little annoying b:laugh but it all got sorted, once again thank u shnuggles

    What I've always wondered is how come Shnuggles's icon is an archer (I think), yet his in game appearance is a Barb. :O
