I was just wondering, how much Magic Attack do you get from a Magic point?

So if I give my self +12 Magic points (from gear, or w/e)... how much magic attack will that be? Someone told me 120, but I want to double check.

Thanks!

I think your magic attack highly depends on the weapon you use. However, there's a way to check how much attack you will gain if you know what weapon you use and how much Magic you want to put. There's a character simulator on this site and it allows you to play around with different combinations to see how your stats vary.

For example, a mage lvl 78 with 43 Str and 352 Int (Mag here) will deal unarmed 353-353 magic attack. However, if we take out 12 Int points and leave the mage at 43 Str and 340 Int, they'll deal 343-343 damage, which is only 10 points of magic attack less. That means 1 Int point = 0.8333 magic attack.

Let's do a different trick though. Make our wizard lvl 78 Str 43 and Int 352 wield a Magic sword lvl 74. The magic attack is now 2532-3015, on average 2773.5. If we reduce again the Int points to 340, the mage will deal 2464-2935, on average 2699.5. On average, that's 74 magic attack difference. It means our wizard has on average 74 more attack with the 12 points of Int. So, this leaves us with 1 Int point = 6.1666 magic attack.

As a whole, your magic attack depends on many factors and it's hard to calculate how much raising your Magic will benefit it as this will vary with the different equipment you use.

    1+(int/100) * (weapon mAtk + ring1 matK + ring 2 matk + lvl) = magic atk
