I cant Transfer Zen to the game what should i do?

for some reson my zen balence is 0 and i bout 2000 zen that costs 20$ what should i do?

    sometimes you have to verify your payment-- check your e-mail and see if they've sent you anything

    Starman is correct just got an answer back from a GM. Your payment is indeed suspended though they have send you an E-mail already.

    NOTE: If you can not find it in your In-box check your Spam-folder.

    I got the same problem i bought 2000 zen 1h ago but i don't have anything in game after procceding transfert. I checked my emails and spam folder there is anything from perfect world. So what am i supposed to do?
