Can someone please explain to me why lvl 30, 40, 50 or more would offer to help in this 19-39 FB? (Hope I used the right wording). Is call to duty the actaul name of the quest?
I mean why would I want too as well? Don't I loose xp? And what do they gain, as I see this request alot?
Thanks.

a large amount of xp. I am pretty sure you get 10K for helping someone do an fb19.0

The helping players get Exp, Spirit, Reputation and a Blood item. The bloods are used to make some Legendary items, and the rest is obviously a nice bonus as well.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

So, do I need help (ie, can't do this solo)?

At your lvl it is near impossible to do it even in a squad which is around that lvl. So yes you will need help.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Its just another aspect of this game I like. Its impossible for a lvl 19 to do FB19 solo. And its highly difficult (if not impossible) for a squad of 19-25 people doing FB19.
So then, whats the best way? Get high lvlers do help you with it. But, in order for a high lvl player to leave his daily routine of WQ/Grind/Quests you need to give him/her an incentive to help you out. The Exp/Spirit/Rep are the just rewards. This ensures that high lvl players help the lower lvl ones though important phases.
When you level up to say 50+, you will begin to appreciate the system too, as you realize that FB are one of the best sources of rep (even if you discard the exp and spirit).
And no, you dont lose exp/spirit/rep by taking help from high lvlers.

Thats true about the FBs.
However there is a exp & SP (even drop?) penalty outside FBs when player levels in the squad exceed a certain level. Prevents "power-leveling" of any form.
Also, if you participate in a FB of a higher level than your own, you will not get the tab quest and thus no rewards (found that out whilst tanking a FB69 for guildies b:sad). In short you need to be over lvl19 to get any sort of benefit from FB19.

Hey, I've been playing this game for a few days and I have a few questions, right now i'll probably ask the most noob question of all, what is FB?
I saw it around being used and in chatrooms ingame, but so far no one wanted to tell me...0 -
FB is just a dungeon. FB19 is the dungeon for which you get the quest at lv 19, for example.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I am pretty sure that aryannamage said "near impossible", and you seem to have left out one of those words. (Edit: no, i am wrong: you said "solo" and that would require some incredible survival skills along with moderately decent attacks.)
A team of six level 19s (one from each class, for example) could do FB19 solo, but should expect to die several times, when they make mistakes.
They would gain some valuable skills and coordination techniques, would get pretty good drops, and would need to play a bit to regain lost exp. And, of course, you do not lose spirit when you die so they would have a slight edge when buying their skills.
Edit: oops! Solo! I was thinking squad! A level 19 venomancer with a hercules could perhaps solo FB19, but can they even use one when they are level 19?0 -
That's a bit of an inherent contradiction. Doing an FB with six players is not "soloing".
It is quite possible for a full team of low levels to go through an FB. The problem is that for the most part, you can't get the other 4 classes to get to your FB, let alone go through it -- and the effort spent in organising a low-level team is better spent on getting a high-level squad to run you and using the time to level up. Consider the FB19 as a hurdle and a showcase to high-level teams. High-levels (to answer the original question) offer help because they get a chunk of EXP and reputation points for minimal effort, depending on the dungeon being run.
You'll get plenty of chances to practice and train your teamwork skills as you get towards the middle levels and face more bosses and tougher FBs. I personally do not consider the effort to be worth it at Level 19.0
