Raptor and Kirin cant get through door?

I have both Raptor and Kirin.
When my male cleric ride it, I could get through door/gate ie: orchid temple, south district Archosaur trainer.
But when I ride with barbarian, I couldn't get through these gate.
Is it a bug and is there a patch to fix it.
