"I'm not here right now" message in chat

I am trying to invite a friend and can't.

If I invite she can't see me on screen but shows me in her squad. If she invites she can see me, but I can't see her. What's up?

Also it shows me on friends screen as a Blademaster, but I am a Wizard.
If you take an inch, give em' back a mile
