Joining a major guild

Hi everyone.

I have a goal: I want to join a guild that does a lot of Territory Wars. I want to be a big part of a guild and help take over land and stuff. I'm talking about guilds like Conquerer, or GuardianZ.

I am a full support Cleric, and I know I can be useful. But I have 2 things impeding me. One, I am only level 26, and two, I don't have any microphone or teamspeak thing to communicate with other guild members outside of in-game chat.

My question is, what do I need to do to be allowed to join some of the big guilds? I play every single day, and love the game. Even though I am a low level, I know I can level up fast, and I hope that someone will give me some insight as to how to become a valued member of a TW-based guild.

    well knowledge of the use of the forum ie posting this in guild banter instead of general discussion is usually a first requirement
    2nd most real TW guilds only accept lvl 60 or 70+
    3rd for many of the guilds you gotta have some charms ready for the TW

    level up and get at least a earphone so you can listen on vent
