same head?

It seems like everyone has the same head in my game. I am sure there is something wrong. Anyone have a clue how to fix this so everyone doesn't look the same?

    Click on the "X" in the right hand bottom corner then in the box above on System settings there go to "UI" in there click on a box called customisation. Apply and comfirm and you should see everyones avatar as they customised it
