Update Settings Error

I just download a new client and reinstall it because I was having problems with my old launcher, It keeps saying to update to a new sever but I already got version 62.
Now when I run perfect world an error pops up in front of the update settings window saying "please select an update sever" with the only button "OK." No matter how many times I press the OK button it won't go away.
Now I can't play perfect world...

    That one could have been fixed with a verify from the laucher.

    Try the manual patches here please.
