Looking for Friendly medium big G on Sanctuary ?

Hi all,
I am relative new to this game, been playing wow for 2 years so i know how the dynamics of mobs and party play, i am a friendly fun person myself and am looking for a suitable friendly active medium big guild on sanctuary ?
If any of you can tip me , i like to solo also as being a Veno, but in the end teaming is more fun especialy for the FB s etc,and at higher lvls.
i am in a small guild atm, just random chosen, people are friendly but only 3 online sometimes so not enough ?
I live in Brussels Belgium, prefer english speaking guild tho.
