can't log in

I was disconnected from the game b/c my internet connection gave out and when i got it working about a minute later, i tried logging in but the game said i was already logged in and wouldn't let me log in....Someone please help..

Check the Safe log box on the login screen.

Then login like you normally would.

Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
