Patch server works fine. however the game servers i get no ping status and cannot connect to them.

I have configured windows firewall to open ports 80 and 29000 then disabled the firewall altogether. After that was unsuccessfull i disabled my antivirus, and windows defender.

Have verified all files and no corruption happend during any patching or downloading of the client.

Where in the world are you?

    Who is your ISP?

Comcast and ATT have some issues for some reasons.
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

Nope Broadband card. Its basically a phone with no buttons that plugs into a usb port works pretty good near large cities and all of the northeast. Can use my actual phone for the same thing but it requires more computer resources.

Wifi hotspots usually get eh clogged and end up being so slow its not worth buying.

Also should note im above min reqs for the game but the vid card isnt quite up to the recommended.

So it's wireless via Sprint's broadband modem?

I'm not quite familiar with how Sprint's network works and handles data.

For system requirements, please see this post: http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showpost.php?p=1212842&postcount=29

You can try contacting Sprint (and checking their support pages), and find out what you need to do to see if there are specific settings that you need to change to access our game servers.

You can tell them the IP addresses for our game servers listed here:

    http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=75572

(scroll down to Network settings for the IP list)

Sprint Mobile Broadband is known to block several ports, as well as use the program "Bytemobile Optimization", both of which may be adding to this issue. If you have "Bytemobile" installed, uninstall it.

The former issue is harder to diagnose. Sprint is supposed to tell you, but in practice they're rather iffy on the subject. You may want to call anyway. As an alternative, using nmap and a known destination open on port 29000 will tell you whether or not it's a layer 4 issue.

The command inside nmap would be "nmap -p29001 -PN pwigc3.perfectworld.com"
