Safe Transfers

I was wondering if it could be possible to transfer items and gold via the Banker/Safe for characters within the same Server and under the same account...thank you :)!

    You could mail the items at a postbox, just enter the character's name. Or you could bring both characters to a remote place, drop the items, then relog and pick them back up on the other character. Note that Perfect World Entertainment is not responsible for any items lost in this fashion.
    Also, you could ask someone you trust to trade the items to your other character.

    Thanks but I'm aware of all those methods as you mentioned...I was just wondering if my suggestion could somehow be implemented :)

    I agree. Mail is expensive if you're transferring a lot of items (500 coin each), not to mention a pain having to send multiple messages. And the drop/switch/pick-up is of course risky.

    I'd like to see an 'Account Safe' at the Banker - say holds 8 items, but is shared by all characters on that account (could be a Cash Shop item to unlock it). Or at least allow us to include more items in a mail message.

    oh very good idea! and i also think sending messages should be free if there is no gold/item attached.
    for those people who really use it for what it was originally designed for (hope so at least) sending messages to offline players.
    .: Being able to read and think at the same time is an advantage :.

    Great idea but that means it would encourage alot of people creating multipal accounts and start transfering to there big man/woman and then it would make the players overpowered.

    lol ... do you think it doesn't happen now? Of course it does - we're just talking about making it a bit easier. Which, yes, will lead to more players doing it ... but really that's just making it more of a level playing field, so don't see that as a problem.

    I know I practice this method and I mail to my other characters all the time for big and pricey items almost on a daily basis.

    Mailing isn't as pricey as you think at lest they don't charge depending on the item or coin plus when you get up there in level your coin will be to where you don't have to worry about the price of mail anyways.

    BUT I do like the Account safe Idea to where you share items is a nice idea just its not one of those world changing or something that has a big problem in the first place

    so either way is fine to me :P

    I know, it's not really that much - but it does add up if you're transferring a lot of items. The real issue though is having to do multiple messages ... I'd be happy with the ability to add multiple items to a message at 500 coin/item (and @Sanshiru: yes, I agree it should be free if no items are included).

    Or as I said, the Account safe could be a Cash Shop item - say 2 gold to activate it? I'd pay that just for the convenience. No, it's not a big problem - but I'd also think it'd be pretty easy to do, and if they can make some money on it ...
