    You're waiting for the GMs to translate the sections of the game where such badges can be found and then import them into the game - they're from one of the weekly events we don't get to do yet.

    If you look at http://janelh.wikidot.com/seven-sages ... badges of strength will, in my opinion, very probably, correspond to power in that version. Maybe.
