Faction Chest... and Faction Check Out Points

I recommend that all factions be given their own item storage space that may be upgraded through faction donations. The idea being that guild leaders are able to easily put items into and take items out of the faction bank allowing a system where higher level players are able to give lower level players their old equipment.

If faction leaders are able to assign certain members axcess to items no greater level than X level, then when players need faction equipment/pets they can go to guild members with guild bank access, donate their current items (hopefully plussed up or with good stats) in exchange for being given replacement equipment suitable for their level (their old equipment would then be there for other faction members).
