why unable to complete quest?! please help T_T

hello,

i was at the last stage of finishing DQ 41, i.e. talk to the npc to get my reward, but in my quest log, it says "mission already taken, unable to complete this quest!" and when i tried to talk to npc (the npc does have a yellow flag above his head, and we know what that means), a widow poped up saying that mission already taken, my bag was not full and i have relogged the game many times, but nothing seemed to work,

please help me hereb:thanks, i don't know if i should carry on with other DQs, as same problem might happen again and the money, the time i have spent all goes for nothing :( b:cry

    If you check your quest log, you should have a blank quest listed in there. No name, no text at all. Trash it.
