Best place to do weapon crafting

where is the best price to do weapon crafting? esp when u get 3star weaponS?

    There is no special place to get better results crafting, 3* items are made like any other with some luck added in. Mirage Celestones are used for refining equipment adding a + to an item will result in an added bonus, to armor it adds HP to weapons it adds damage.

    so meaning to make a 3stars, u gotta base on luck? just craft a weapon with blacksmith to test ur luck?

    Basically yes, at this moment in time.
    Personally Im testing some methods of crafting based on this being related to a chinese environment. Cant say nothing atm since no info yet on results =/
