question about arrows

hi guys, have a question

i have an archer and mainly playing pve

do you think i can just stick with the lvl1 arrows? cos the arrows of higher lvl cost so much
will i still be able to kill stuff off before they get to me?

    Stick to the basic level 1 arrows. The others just aren't worth it, except maybe if you end up in a Territory War later. If you find special drop arrows, then feel free to save, use, or sell at your discretion

    Only ever BUY lv1 arrows... just save a stack of lv2 ones because around lv40 or so that's all you'll get from monster drops. So you can switch out when you could use a tiny bit of extra damage.

    but the main question is:
    is it still possible to kill off stuff before they get to me if i stick with lvl1 arrows?

    yes, it's 100% possible to kill mobs before they get to you. It depends on your built: stats and feats.

    Usually, I kill mobs of my level before they can even touch me.

    Edit: BTW i only use level 1 ammo (arrows mainly coz i love to use bows XD)

    i still use lvl 1 arrows lol
    that small +dmg seems nothing to me
    just save arrows that drops from mobs so u dun have to buy so often

    comparing lvl 1 arrows with lvl 3...... i do 500 damage extra per normal shot fired =o........ stick with lvl 2 arrows if u cant afford lvl 3 or higher =o... there cheap and decent bonus

    stick to lvl 1 s unless u get other lvl drops, or when you are going to fight some really tough boss , you could buy some other arrows maybe 200-500 or so?

    But sometimes its important to remember that that small bit of damage gets multiplied just like your weapon damage gets multiplied. :)

    ^^ you get arrows from the blacksmith.

    Yes stick with lv 1 arrows and just keep the higher lv ammunition drops for pvp.

    What Catz said, Lvl1 Arrows are good enough in PvE, and PvP get the best ones.

    true cuz lvl 3 arrows are pretty expensive ,and i dont have money im poor b:cry(i dunno if ure too?)

    I would like to know if you have a system for measuring worth?

    I do not think I am being silly, here, and I really want to understand how I can think about this issue. Currently, for example, each shot with level 1 shot costs me 7 coins -- five coins for my repair costs and 2 coins for my ammunition. And when I get hit my costs go up.

    In other words, with every shot, my slingshot's value goes down 5 coins. And when I get hit I lose value from my armor and I might also use healing supplies and/or time I could have been spending collecting coins. (And, for example, I could have sold a large heath potion and gotten enough money to buy enough expensive ammo to kill several monsters.)

    LoL go to a blacksmith, and click trade list.
    At the top you will see different tabs and to buy arrows you will need to click 'shot'
    and you will find them there.
    remember the level underneath the name of the arrow/bolt/shot is the level bow/crossbow/slingshot you need...not your level!
