Rank Armor Quest reset times?

I got rank armor. the stats were not as high as my friends.

My Belt was +2 str +3 dex +60 hp. Theirs had +3 str +3 dex +60hp.

I assume stats are random like legendary armor. I sold old belt to get new one. I cant get quest now? When will it reset? the person that already has belt can get it again. But I cant now. When will quest become available to me again ? Once you buy the armor. it wont give again for a certain period of time. How long? Will it reset when crazy stone resets ?
