About the Blacklist

I have a quick question about the blacklist...

If I am friends with someone, and I blacklist them later, do I still appear online in their friend list but I can't see their text, or do I appear offline to them (like in MSN)?

    Blacklist is 100% useless in PW. All it does is prevent whatever the blacklisted person says from showing up in your chat bar. Nothing more, nothing less. It's separate from the friends list.

    The person won't even know that they've been blacklisted. There's no point in blacklisting someone if they don't know that they've been blacklisted.

    All in all, totally useless.
    Everyone here is ridiculously oversensitive.

    Wow, that kinda sucks. Ah well. Maybe one day it will be revised.

    well it seems that its exactly doing what is supposed for, it just ignores any txt of that player ?
    SO he cant swear of flame you unwanted. ?

    There is a way to appear offline in the other person's friends list. A friend of mine dropped me and everyone else from his friends list. After that, he appeared offline in my list even when I could see him standing in front of me. I don't know if he did something more than just drop everyone, but it definitely can be done.

    go to the BL, select their name, click delete/remove. (I forgot what the button says)
