Why so difficult to purchase ZEN?

I tried to purchase ZEN using PayPal last night, and my "Wallet" still says "Suspended" after 18 hours-ish.
First of all, if "Suspended" means "Validating" can you please change the wording to reflect that? The word "Suspended" carries quite a bit of negative baggage.
Also, please don't give me the "fraud" line of b.s... My PayPal account shows the money HAS BEEN GIVEN with no problems. I've even recieved an email receipt from PayPal saying the money went through with no problems.
So why, after almost a day is my purchase still flagged as "Suspended" with no emails from your company, even though you have my money? (I have no spam filters, so no need to tell me to check my spam folders). If something was wrong with my purchase on your end, why have I not recieved any email about it?
I have sent in a ticket, and am waiting for a reply, but I thought I would express my dissatisfaction with your ZEN purchasing system. I have purchased TONS of online game currency from other company's using PayPal, and have never had a problem, til now.
If I was looking to purchase an item that was only available for a limited time, I would be 10 times as angry. And from the looks of this forum, plenty of other people are having problems with this too. The least you guys could do is send emails at the time of purchase saying what went wrong. Rather than leaving us in limbo until WE contact YOU.

Was it your first buy? That takes some time to clear out, though 15mins should be enough.
Make sure your info's are same on paypal and on your account info here on pw.
That might help too.
Never had any problems with using paypal with visa.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
