Refunded Twice and Still No Answers (or Zen)

So I spent $20 via PayPal to get my Zen, right? Since I don't have a credit card, my mother let me use hers. Obviously, I had to input her name in the PayPal field and not mine. I got the "Order hold" e-mail and answered the questions to no avail. I was refunded. They told me, "check your e-mail so you can answer the questions and validate your identity."

Hi. I did. Twice for both e-mails. (I tried again after the first refund and after I answered the questions, thinking it'd work the second time. Nope. I answered the questions within an hour that they were sent to me and I still got refunded. I know the answers are right. Duh. Because I am me.)

That makes a total of four times. I submitted a ticket and two e-mails asking for help. No response. I've waited a day and no one is telling me anything other than. "Check your e-mail to validate."

Which isn't helpful because I CHECKED MY E-MAIL AND RESPONDED FOUR TIMES TOTAL.

So...what do I do now?

PayPal in particular tends to be rather particular about selling things to people through the use of credit cards not belonging to them. Generally, your Buyer Profile and PayPal information must match the information your bank or card provider has on record.

Remember; any machine verification is done by a computer, so it's precisely as intelligent and precisely as stupid as the person that programmed it. If the programmer wants to make sure only the person owning the card can use it, getting answers that are right but are for a different person will seem like the same thing as someone giving the wrong answers.

If you have issues regarding account verification, contacting Billing through the support ticket system is probably your best bet.
