Problem? Cant use Inv. Extension Stone after purchase T_T

I've purchased the Inv. Extension Stone. the description states a banker knows what to do with it, alas, I've flown to 3 of the cities and nowhere does a banker give me a quest or anything that would indicate they will take the stone and give me more pack space.

My husband however does see the quest for his character.

Help anyone?

    well.. by chance of miracle after relogging to my char the quest appeared under the banker.

    yay for invisible fairies...

    so no more issues with quest.
