Ok, Nub Question on Wings

I see Wings for sell in shops that have been made by players.. Can someone enlighten me on how these are made. Been here since closed beta living in the dark about this skill (LOL). Thanks in advance.

    I know for a fact that there is an Aerogear Forge in the city Thousand Streams that you can take your current wings and upgrade them with Wind Widgets. The wings you can manufacture (upgrade) from the forge can only be done with Boutique Aerogear only. Level 30 Aerogear quest reward and the White Wings do not apply to the Forge in Thousand Streams.

    As for the Wind Widgets they can only be bought in the Boutique but players do sell them and cheapest I have seen is 12k for one widget. You need at least a min of 20 Wind Widgets to upgrade your Aerogear. I hope this reply has answered your question.
