What Pieces of armor can glow?

I have a 2 socket helmet, could that glow? How about Rings/Necklaces/Belts. Or is it only the visual pieces of armor that create a glow?

    Only visual armor of lvl 5 or higher (gear lvl, not your lvl) can glow with two or more Average soulgems. This means only tops, bottoms, shoes and gloves will glow.

    Also, 3 star weapons will glow blue, legendary weapons will glow yellow, and HH weapons will glow green. Weapons only here.

    And I *think* you can get an orange-y glow on armor by refining, but I'm not sure about this.

    The glow comes from the Average+ soulgems, not the refining.
