Need help :(

Hi all,

I tried to trade gold in exchange of coins via the auctioneer, however after I deposited the right amount of gold, clicked accept, it said my Gold Trading Account is not yet activated, and needs to be activated in order to trade. How do I accomplish this? I searched the forum, but none mentioned anything about activating the Gold Trading Account.
