[question]demon mastery +1% crit

so if i learn the three mastery (all at lvl 1) will i gain 3% crit?

and demon distant shrink if i leave it at lvl 1 i will still be able to move 30m? meaning to say its useless to lvl this skill?

demon frostblade increases dmg to 30% so leave it at lvl 1? since the max lvl is only 40%

You need to have lv10 to learn lv11 (demon/sage) version.
Yes you get 3% critical if you learn all.

Kaelis - Heavens Tear

to get demon skills that is level 11 of the skill so you have to get it to 10 then pay again for 11
