    give it about an hour. suspended is poor wording for "authorizing". I assume its the first time you have purchased zen.

    Well, what happens is that the merchant suspends the transaction while it verifies your billing profile matches that of your payment method. It's accurate terminology, just not typical, so it could probably use some improvement.

    With PayPal and Google Checkout, the first transaction by a user usually takes less than thirty minutes to clear (with some outliers). I'm not sure how ClickAndBuy goes, but I expect it's not far from the average for other card transactions.

    i now waiting for 2 hour still on suspended

    a friend he say to me it takes about 10 min he is also dutch and payed the same way as me at click and buy


    please help

    My status shows as suspended for more then 10 hours for my first purchase.

    If the status persists, please check your registration e-mail -- if any of your profile information did not match the information ClickAndBuy has on record for your card, there may need to be some further verification information questions. If it persists for too long, please contact the Billing department through the support ticket system.
