Account is already logged in!

I was playing till a few minutes ago I got disconnected tried to log back in and it says "account already logged in" been trying to login and keep getting the same message...any help please? Thank you.

    Please use the "Safe log" when attempting to log in. The servers are a bit slow at recognising when someone has disconnected and the "Safe log" should disconnect your old session and lets you back in.
