    Any idea what it does?

      I think they're just one of the standard transformation pills - changes your head when you use it. My advise would be to just sell it to an NPC, unless you really want funny screenshots.

      It turns you into a phat brah foshizzzle! (your head becomes fat like a chinese cartoon suumo wrestler)

      shape change pills might give you a split second advantage in long-term fights with other players, when they would recognize your face.

      For example, if you have a squad and everyone looks like pumpkins, which one is which?
