Account Deletion

I recently started playing Perfect World again, after about 4 weeks of not playing it. When I logged in, I found all my accounts were deleted. Now, I made new accounts and trained them up. Next, I just changed my avatar, and it still shows my characters I can choose for it. Odd.

Has anyone else ever had this problem?

    Have you checked all three servers?

    I just checked all of them, and I found them on Heavens Tear. I wish they were in Lost City though.
