yestrday i was lvling my veno, and i notced somthing wierd. the moment i hit lvl 15 i tamed bloodthirsty adalwolf and went to pet trainer to hatch it and was verry disapointed, it looked so damn crappy, than i noticed that ALL pets look crappy, whilst there mob counterparts look so nice.

Whats up with that PW peeps? is tha cus f the pos. lag it could create in citys? or just to annoy people that worked so hard to get them?

oh yeah, and the sounds they meke are annoying to b:chuckle

I don't think that's intended behavior, but some players have reported getting the long-distance model of an enemy rather than the typical model. There's a thread on the matter here.

It shouldn't be applying to all tamable enemies.

Its because the mobs you fight are "possessed" by wraiths. After you catch and tame it you have cleansed it of the "wraith". Hence it looks different. Example, the minkii's have these dreads with skulls around thier neck as a mob. After catching and taming it is gone.

I was kinda disappointed after catching a minkii. The whole reason I wanted one was because of the skulls.

Ok no. If you want to get technical into the storyline and all that, you can't tame anything that has been infected by wraiths, thats one of the requirements for being able to tame something.

On a point that matters, I think Gattsuru is right.

Ok thats supposedly a rule judging from the very text of the tame beast ability. However, you can tame the Death Knights from the Swamp of Wraiths. So what determines if something is or is not a wraith? I then look at what the mob drops; Steele Tokens. Description: Remnants of some Wraith creatures. So, Death Knights are wraiths, and they are tameable... Lore out the window?

that looks like the thing that happen to the skelizen warlocks, ossen merchant and all the others like that, the graphics are messed up un-less there behind you and you upclose to them, you see what there ment to look like

i got my veno up alot sinds last msge, ALL pets i get look crappy, without anny exeptions, even the rare pets look difrent than the wild versions.

and the whole wraith thing

it means that you can't tame the mobs that come in wraith attacks

you know the whole "Duke shouts: there's a wraith army ammassing near so and so all able warriors.."

ye, ive seen that, nver realy figured that out tho, half f the peeps dont seem to know whats up with that . . . .what it is, if its even useful to go there, or for what lvl range it counts . . .
