Frostcovered City Squad Mode

So... I gave all the curvade the NPC asked for for the quest saying it was required to do to be able to open that instance in squad mode. But then... nothing else happened...

Anyone can explain how to open Frostcovered City in squad mode?

    I didn't find anything after that either. Though a person opened squad mode in the guild I'm in, and the whole party was wiped by the very first monster. They were level 76+ characters. Its just too darn hard.
